November 2015 in Sankt Petersburg (Russland), Bolschaya Morskaya Straße, 45. Die Arbeitsaufnahme vom IWK ist um 10 Uhr.

REPORT FROM PROF. SHANTHI JAYASEKERA ON CONGRESS IN PARIS

Prof. Santhi Jayasekara  (President of IHAC , middle), Prof. Agop Kerkiacharian (President Ararat Academy of Science, Paris), Ex-General Director of UNESCO Mrs. Dr. Jannette Tchilingurian

Dear colleagues!, Dear Ladies and Gentlements,

First of all I would like to inform you that on the basis of International University  Fundamental Studies ( IUFS)  and Intergovernmental Higher academic Council we have recently created International Higher Academic Council. As World Scholar Association it operates as research and educational institution.

Culture issues is the main its topic.  Today many definitions of culture exist (more than 2000).

IHAC adheres to its own scientifically accurate definition of culture. For IHAC culture is meaningful, spiritual activity, which has its own real expression and represents the interaction between materialism and spirituality. If materialism is dominant, then culture is called materialistic, and if spiritualism dominates – spiritual. IHAC deals with spiritual culture in all its expression, but first of all, particularly with art, which is the interaction between materialism and spiritualism. Spirituality is the inner attitude, which is typical for all the animate and inanimate creatures, but first of all – for the human.

Art, like pure expression of spiritual culture, has a truly outstanding role. It facilitates closer relationship and interaction between different nations, and thus – the fastening of local and global safety on the Earth.  For this reason, IHAC creates and develops special International Programs and Events: The International Areopagus of Arts “Apollon”, International Contest Program “Muse Commonwealth “Aphrodite” and various film festivals.

Thank you for your attention .

Speech of President IHAC, Prof.Santhi Jayasekera on the 7th WSC, November 26.11.2015

Dear colleagues!

As you know, we are conducting the 7th WSC already. Numerology says that 7 is a very lucky and happy number.

Let it be then. Seriously speaking, the number 7 reveals that our WSC, organized by IUFS and IHAC , have become really regular and significant events in scientific life of the modern world. We wait for it and expect a lot from it.

Our WSCs are a vivid evidence of the stable and attractive character of science conducted by IUFS, IHAC  and all the participants of WSCs. From my heart, I want to say hello to all the Russian and foreign participants of the 7th WSC.

WSCs are conducted during very hard international conditions, but at the same time many international researchers take part in it. This confirms the positive character of IUFS, IHAC , all of us and our activities, which are aimed at cutting-edge science. Such activities are necessary and useful for people, whatever they do, wherever come from.

Nowadays in different countries people search persistently for so-called “spiritual ties”, in order these ties safe different nations from inner and outer collapse, both material and spiritual.

I am sure that the life itself confirms, that cutting-edge science is that spiritual ties that brings all the nations together and help them to withstand any aggression and violence.

Cutting-edge science is independent from all the “sanctions”. A vivid evidence of it is the presence of international colleagues at the 7th WSC. Cutting-edge science is the carrier of the truth, and the truth has always been and will be out of any “sanctions”.

Science itself has the only sanction:  every time and everywhere contend for the truth. The truth is extremely necessary for all the people, regardless of what they do.

The topic of our Congress is quite popular and essential: “The uniqueness in science and art”. It happens so that two negative tendencies are observed in the life of people. The first tendency is connected with the fact that conformism and monotony in the thoughts and feelings of people are facilitating and people blindly follow the fashion and stereotypes. Here it is: people have always been and will be unequal in their right; fight and violence really defines any development and success; a strong one is always right, corruption etc.

On the other hand, it is thought that the aim of human’s life is self-discovery, even when there is nothing to discover; endless self-discovery, even when there is nothing to realize, because the personality hasn’t developed yet. Personality becomes helpless and pliable.

Both tendencies come together and have negative impact on the life of a modern human, in spiritual and material aspect, make a human manageable by negative forces, both spiritual and material.

In such conditions the meaning of a human’s true uniqueness grows, especially for researchers and artists.

Only truly unordinary personalities are able to develop and improve science and art, and thus enrich all the humankind, bring conditional and unconditional benefit, both material and spiritual. This is a real basement for global and national safety.

All the people on the Earth need such science and art, which really contribute to the facilitating and development of the interaction between spiritualism and materialism between people, and that excludes any violence. Interaction is life, and life is interaction.

Truly unordinary researchers and artists take part in our Congress, which bring unique contribution to the development of modern science and art for the sake of all the humanity.

In conclusion I want to wish to all the participants of our Congress all the best and noble activities. If the number 7 representing our WSC helps them, I am sure that everybody doesn’t mind it. Thank you for your attention!

INTERNATIONAL CONTEST PROGRAM  "The Fraternity Of Muses "Aphrodite"

International Program – Competition “The Fraternity Of Muses “Aphrodite”
Since 2007 as part of International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) the International Areopagus of Arts “Apollon
International Contest Progam of Muse Commonwealth “Aphrodite”
There is a pressing truly historical demand of creation as part of MUFA, along with the Areopagus Arts Apollo, as a limited liability company (LLC), the International Competition Program “Fraternity of  Muses “Aphrodite”
According to Greek mythology, the Muses instruct and comfort people, give them a convincing word, sing the higher laws of life, connect past, present and future, arrange the state of the world and establish a harmony in it. The muses devoid of any violence and despotism. They spiritually convince and guide, along with this they are tender and compassionate, they have a beneficial and impressive effect on people. Essentially, the activities of Muses internally and intimately are directed by Aphrodite – goddess of love.
Nowadays humanity, everything and everyone is under a powerful spiritual pressure, the permanent threat of their destruction: global and regional. In this way it is vital to have durable and mutually acceptable, affordable and universal and for all, attractive spiritual support to internally resist ill-negative.
Real support, in this case, can and should become universal and all-embracing love, as a special for all and all for everything, their environment, attitude, independent of age and gender, ethnic and social status of man; love as excluding any violence against yourself, and often occurs suddenly, internal attraction of one person to another person, irresistible internal need and a special kind of creative energy, enhanced care and constant attention, a gentle caress and a high pleasure, blissful excitement and pleasant soothing, gentle touch and a deep emotion, uncontrollable desire and silent urge, stimulation and satisfaction. There is a basis to say that a motive and a powerful symbol of all this is Aphrodite, in Greek mythology the goddess with Space and terrestrial features of powerful and permeating the whole world love, pacifying aggression and violence, strengthening the wisdom and the reasonable way of life, approving the interaction of various beginnings, and causes duropolymer, which gets a very different expression, including the sublime, ecstatic one.
Of course, the various signs of love can be manifested in reality in different ways and in different measure.
It is known that women constitute a clear majority of mankind. Their appeal to Aphrodite, as their high internal guide will help women to successfully implement its inexhaustible and diverse opportunities for the world.
Both Muses and Aphrodite are accessible for perception by modern man, for understanding what they symbolically represent and really mean. This is facilitated by various forms of art and history, as a real phenomenon and as the science in wide sense.
Muses, in its mythological origin, daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne are goddesses of poetry, arts and Sciences, that is, the creation of high spiritual beginnings.
Each Muse has its own sphere of spiritual activity, directing it and filling it with a special meaning.
Each of the Muses is also in charge of a certain sphere of artwork, which organically interacts with a specific field of scientific creativity.
There are nine well-known Greek Muses, critically important for women and for men. “Flame hearts and create love,” called N.Rerikh, the great thinker, humanist. He believed that the Great Female Origin leads the world to spiritual heights. True love is always beautiful.
Muse are the embodiment of this uplifting and sublimely beautiful beginning.
Euterpe  is a lyrical poetry. In science it can refer to author’s subjective beginning.
Clio – history. This is both real phenomenon, and its study.
Talia – Comedy. The therapeutic role of comic psychotherapy.
Melpomene – tragedy. The study of the inherently tragic phenomena, the tragedy of unexplained scientist.
Terpsichore – dance. The study of dance as a sacred psycho-physical phenomena.
Erato – love poetry. The study of love as a special spiritual and material and the unseen-personal phenomena.
Polyhymnia – hymns. The study of sublime-civil effects in art, especially music.
Urania – astronomy. The special role of spirituality in Space and in his special study.
Calypso – epic. The study of socio-historically-scale events.
Everywhere is really happening and really focuses on his study of the interaction of different principles in the basis of their material and spiritual, with the dominance of beginning of spiritual.
Muses come in the Fraternity interacting under the auspices of Aphrodite.
International Program-Competition “Fraternity of Muses “Aphrodite” involves the implementation of various international specific programs and conducting various international competitions for certain types of art, expressing your love in a broad sense and form the love in the broadest sense of their recipients, contributing to the creation of the unseen spiritual support to people that would be practically effective in their lives.
The winners will be awarded with a special medal “Fraternity of the Muses “Aphrodite” with the presentation of a special certificate. The winners will be selected by a competent jury.
For the successful practical implementation of the international Competition Program “Fraternity of  Muses “Aphrodite”” we create a limited liability company (LLC) “Fraternity of Muses “Aphrodite””, headed by its founders: Professor Shanti P. Jayasekara, President of the company, Rector of IUFS, Professor A.N.Iyesuitov, Vice-President, Pro-rector of IUFS,.
To form the management board of LLC “Fraternity of Muses “Aphrodite” consisting of: Shanti P. of Jayasekara (President), A. N. Iyesuitov(Vice-President), B. C. Lukoyanov (Executive Secretary), N. P. Kovalenko,
The management board can be updated and amended.
The rector of IUFS Mahatma Shanti P. Jayasekara

PRESS RELEASE

8th World Scientific Congress

24-25 November 2016 in Saint Petersburg (Russia) the Eighth World Scientific Congress (WSC) on the topic: “The New in Science: the explained and unexplained”.

The topic of the Eighth World Scientific Congress (WSC) is significant in a theoretical and practical way. In the modern science the system crisis takes place. Its basis takes philosophic-methodological character. Traditional conceptions historically drained themselves, and new approaches in science try to fight various stereotypes.

Science cannot develop successfully without the discovery of something new. Unfortunately, quasi-scientific and quasi-smart phraseology, mechanical replacement of the terms from one science to another, from the natural to the social and literature narcissism is sometimes understood as the new in science.

For the science all the truly new has all the new on its basis, the opening in it something new and previously known and its new interpretation. So, some new terms can even appear.

The discovery of the new is not only limited only be statement. The opening is the interaction of the statement of the phenomena, the physical and spiritual and its interpretation (true genesis and its function). At that time the explained is not the same to the unexplained, for the science all the existing is material and spiritual can be rationally explained, if it is real, not chimera. Science needs fundamental ideas. Ideas are the interaction of the thoughts and feelings. In its realization they impact the reality in the material and spiritual way.

This doesn’t unify the scientific individuals, it allows to open themselves with its full effectiveness.

It is the fundamental idea that comprises the theoretical and practical basis for the new technologies, which are necessary for the human activities. Besides, the discoveries are made not just by new technologies, but by the people that use it and create it. The spiritual basis of the new technologies has its special role in its production.

International Film Festival "Apollon-Aphrodite"

It is for the first time in the world that the International cinema festival "Apollo-Aphrodite" will be held in Saint - Petersburg (Russia) and different foreign countries for people with physical disabilities (sight, hearing, speech). The festival will be held along with the Areopagus of Arts "Apollon" and "International charity fund of humanitarian interaction".
People with physical disabilities (vision, hearing, speech) can participate in the festival, including cultural workers and students with different levels of education with detailed physical disabilities, and people with normal physical abilities, including cultural activists.
The aim of the Festival is to engage to realistic perception of the cinema (visual-oral phenomenon) through unlimited spiritual possibilities inherent in vision, hearing, speech and touch of all the people, including people with disabilities. The most important role in this subject belongs to such a spiritually rich human sense as love and tactile perception of human reality, spiritually-meaningful by its nature and hence physically (visually) manifesting itself with the recipient with disabilities.
Thus, a truly innovative movie "True love" can serve as a model for the cinema festival (written and directed by Santi P. Jayasekara). The heroes of the film: people with disabilities of sight (the pianist and poet), hearing and speech(the artist), as a strong-willed spiritual tension, the true love of heroes to the girl - sigh-language interpreter who can see, makes the pianist-poet internally and even largely physically sighted when he strongly perceives the spiritually-expressive painting, and the artist becomes capable to hear internally and even physically, to hear the music spiritually ennobling and be able to understand a spiritually oriented audible speech.
Thus, the fundamental outlooks for a particular kind of cinema have been almost intended.

The opening of the Cinema festival in St. Petersburg is arranged for November 28, 2016 (19:00) at the address Bolshaya Morskaya st., 45.
